When you first receive the body pillow, it may appear flat due to the vacuum compression during shipping. To prepare the pillow for use, simply pat the pillow gently to loosen the stuffing, and then leave it alone for 24 hours. This will allow the pillow to restore its original fluffy state.
For care and maintenance, both the pillow insert and the pillow cover are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, it is recommended to dry the pillow on a low setting.
